FAQ

  • How long does a photoshoot take?
    The time to shoot a property depends on the size of the home and the services rendered. If you refer to the Book Now page, you will find the amount of time allocated for each service. For quick reference, anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
  • How fast is the turnaround time?
    Next business day delivery is always included at no extra cost. Plus, we typically get the photos out to you before noon!
  • How do I receive my photos?
    You'll receive your photos via email with a download link. Since the photos are too big to attach to an email, you'll be emailed a download link that downloads your photos right to your computer. Included will be 2 folders, 1 will have the full size photos and the other will have MLS formatted photos.
  • How many photos do I get?
    Interior/Exterior photoshoots include 20-30 photos. Aerial photoshoots include 5-10 photos. If you order a photoshoot with both Interior/Exterior and Aerial, you'll receive 25-40 photos total.
  • Do you do videos or virtual tours?
    No. At one point, we did offer both videos and virtual tours, however we've discontinued these services because the properties were selling just as fast without videos or virtual tours. By removing videos and virtual tours, we've been able to lower our prices and speed up turnaround time!
  • How do I pay?
    Payments as processed online with a PayPal invoice sent to your email at the time of photo delivery. You do not need a PayPal account, and can pay with any major credit or debit card. This is the safest and easiest way to process payment, don't worry your information is safe with PayPal's military grade security!
  • Do I need to be present at the photoshoot?
    No. If the home is prepared for photos and you have given us the access codes in the booking form, you do not need to be present. Additionally, if the home owners will be present that is sufficient, however please pass on the Home Preparation Instructions to them so the home is prepared before the photoshoot.
  • What if there is a guard gate at the community?
    Please call the guard, and grant access to "ATA Imaging" or "Christian Pyles" prior to the photoshoot. If there is a gate code, please enter the code in the booking form at the time of booking.
  • How do I prepare the home for photos?
    1. Turn all lights/lamps on. 2. Turn ceiling fans off. 3. Open window blinds to flat position. 4. Remove vehicles from driveway. 5. Toilet seats closed. 6. Remove as much visible clutter as possible.
  • What areas do you service?
    We currently serve Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral Areas.
  • How do I book a photoshoot?
    You can book a photoshoot online at the Book Now page. If you have any questions feel free to call, our phone number is 305-985-3132.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    No problem! Just give us a call at 305-985-3132 and we'll cancel your appointment or get you a new time. Please note that if it is within 24 hours of the photoshoot there is a $50.00 cancellation fee.
  • What if it's raining?
    Cloudy skies are no problem because we add blue skies for free! If it's raining and you have an Interior/Exterior photoshoot, we'll proceed with the interior photos and see if the weather clears up to do the exteriors at the end. We can still take the exterior photos in the rain and add blue skies at no extra charge! If you would still like to schedule an additional photoshoot for the exterior photos, we can schedule an appointment at the time of the shoot for only $75.00. If you have an Aerial photoshoot, cloudy weather is no problem however if it is raining we may need to reschedule at no extra cost.
