By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
HOME MUST BE READY: All home preparations, cleaning, or staging, must be done before your appointment. If there is cleaning, staging, or preparing needed on-site, there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee or if the shoot cannot be done, there will be a $75.00 trip fee.
HOME ACCESS: We do not have Supra access. If the home is vacant, please provide the lockbox code in the booking notes. If there is no code provided and no one present to grant access, there will be a $75.00 trip fee.
LICENSING AGREEMENT: Customers of ATA Imaging are paying for a “Photography Service” and are purchasing a non-transferable “License to Use” the photographs. Photographs may not be given or re-sold to be used by someone else.
AMENITY PHOTOS: Community amenity photos can be added to your photoshoot for an additional $99.00. Please add this to the "notes" section when placing your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled time will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
